This is the spot where volunteers from the Economic Development and Government Affairs team of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce can share what they’ve learned from attending the meetings of organizations around town like the various Business Associations and the City’s Economic Development Committee. The next post will be the executive summary by current President Ann Rivero and incoming President Bill Radkaovitz of the annual Strategic Planning Conference held last Friday at the Mercy Center.

I’ve been working hard with incoming president Bill and CEO Bruce to get a comprehensive but concise summary of the 2009 Planning Conference. There is much work to be done, so be prepared to roll up your sleeves and commit to work on of the the three projects identified as goals for the coming year. It is going to be challenging, exciting and busy.
