2010 was a very interesting year at the Forum, Steve Galyardt was impressive as the host for the variety of speakers that kept the group informed about what is happening in our area. Mayor Bridget Powers kept us up on happenings in Auburn and Supervisor Jim Holmes for the Placer County. The big change for 2011 is that Mayor Bill Kirby will give the city report. This year will be exciting with the Amgen race starting a stage in our fair city and many other events too numerous to mention. Tony Hazarian, incoming President of the Chamber, presented an overview of what is coming this year at the Chamber. Happy New Year and may this be the best year for Auburn since the gold rush.
